4. Content Guidelines

As a Broadcaster, you may upload, livestream, and share religious content subject to these restrictions:

  • No commercial content unrelated to your church's ministry
  • No content that violates copyright or other intellectual property rights

5. Intellectual Property

Broadcasters retain ownership of their original content but grant GospelWatch a worldwide, non-exclusive license to stream, display, and distribute the content through our platform. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users and Broadcasters agree not to:

  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Engage in any form of harassment
  • Disrupt the service or servers
  • Use automated systems to access the service
  • Attempt to bypass any content restrictions

7. Termination

GospelWatch may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Broadcasters may terminate their account with 30 days written notice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. GospelWatch does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Limitation of Liability
